The purpose of this website is to present the coaching and support services offered by the owner, to provide information about their content and conditions, and to make it easy for interested parties to get in touch.

Access to the site is free of charge, other than the cost of the connection through each user's own telecommunications provider. Programmes are contracted outside this site, by the means set out in section 6.

Accessing this website implies acceptance of this legal notice. Anyone accessing it undertakes to use it in accordance with the law, in good faith and in line with these conditions, and not to use the site for unlawful purposes, purposes harmful to third parties, or purposes that could damage, disable or overload the site or prevent its normal use.

The owner may at any time modify the presentation, configuration and content of the site, and may temporarily suspend access for technical or maintenance reasons.

The programmes described on this site are coaching, training and personal and group support services. They do not constitute psychological treatment, psychotherapy or healthcare, and they are not a substitute for care from a health professional.

If a need for clinical care is identified during the process, the owner will say so explicitly and will point you towards an appropriate service. In a health emergency, you should contact the health or emergency services in your country of residence.

No information published on this site constitutes legal, tax, employment or immigration advice. Content about administrative procedures, recognition of qualifications or the labour market is provided for guidance only and does not replace specific professional advice or official information from the competent authorities in each country.

The text, images, trade marks, logos, design, source code, teaching materials and any other element of this site belong to the owner or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by Andorran and international intellectual and industrial property law.

Contracts are formed by express agreement between the parties, following an initial conversation, with the applicable specific terms provided at that point.
